Delivery

Orders typically processed within 3-5 business days, with the exception of made-to-order items. 

For customers residing between postcodes 3106 to 3115 and 3134 to 3136 VIC, local delivery is complimentary. For all other Australian deliveries, a flat rate of $11.95 applies.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99; this discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Please note that international shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

We accept returns of unused (unlit candle) and undamaged products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in reasonable condition for return.  Please remember we are a small business and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that your candle arrives faulty or damaged, please provide a photo, and we'll promptly replace it at no extra cost.
